Herbs of Aromatherapy

Let’s talk about the therapy using the smells…yes, I mean the aromatherapy. Here, I’m going to tell you about the herbs which are can be commonly used in aromatherapy. Following picture is just a broad representation of all the benefits.

Breathing in the wonderful smells of different aromatherapy oils and herbs have a way of actually shifting your emotions and thoughts in a more positive way! As the scents are inhaled the smells travel to the area of the brain called the Limbic System, which, when stimulated, releases endorphins (feel-good chemicals)

Doctor Appointment

It was my first Doctor’s Appointment in USA. Initially I had scheduled for Friday afternoon at 2 PM. Later, I got the call from his office and it was rescheduled to Monday at 2PM. As both of us work and my wife drives to her workplace, She had to come and pick me up to visit Doctor. For a 2 PM appointment she left her office at 1:19, picked me up at 1:30 and we were there at 1:40. I was the first one in the que, however as it was the first time for me to be there I had to fill a 4 page form giving summary of my health records.

English: taking blood pressure in PE

After 2:15 the nurse came and brought us in a room, where she did the blood pressure measurement along with heart beat and oxygenation of blood estimation. She left in two minutes and we had to wait for another 5 min. to see the doctor. he came and asked some general questions like where I work and if I am allergic to something etc. When I talked about my problem, he listened, checked it with a torch and said I don’t know what it is but I can give you some medicine that you can try.

I told him that I m not very  fond of medicines and would be better if he can refer to a specialist, that he did with pleasure. I went to pay the fee, where the secretary tried to schedule an appointment with nearby dermatologist but found that the doctor doesnt accept my insurance. She took sometime and then scheduled an appointment with dermatologist at another clinic.
