This month is pretty busy for us. Although, schools are going to close soon that is by 24th of May, she has to go to School until 30th of May.
I am attending training classes for SAS, Infrastructure Management and also for Data Analysis. The last one for Data Analysis, started in 3rd week of April. The schedule is very inconsistent trainer seems tired and less efficient in managing the lesson and overall training.
Markets were down from the beginning of the day. I wanted to buy more of some stocks like TWILIO, OKTA or COUP. Instead I bough 10 stocks of IRIDIUM at 21, which later was down by another almost 4 %
Also by the end of the day Costco fell by a great margin, I bought it at 207.70 and final price for the day was 207.06. I guess, it should increase by a factor of 5 % within next 3 days of business. Also purchased 1 Coup at 64.46 and 2 TWILIO at 92.
I started with 500 $ in September added another 450 in October. Current value is 960 and highest was 991 during first week of December. If I cross 1000 this week, I plan to sell all including Roku, which is showing 123 $ loss and square showing ~ $10.
Let’s see what I already have, in Merrill Edge, I have Roku and Square. Sold Yesterday, Twilio, Okta and Coup.
I would like to buy MDB today, if it goes down by more than 3 % and also Twilio, Okta and Coup if they go down more than 5%. Regarding, Roku and Square, I plan to sell if any of them go beyond 5%, may buy more of Roku or Square, if they drop by more than 3%
Update: Although there was some fluctuation in the market, I chose not to buy or sell anything
Markets have been down since last almost three 3 months. I use Stash and Robinhood for daily investing exercises while Fidelity for mutual funds. Also use Betterment for monthly savings. While I was almost 8 % up in Stash in early October, as of now I’m almost 10 % down on that platform. I have put a little over than 6K in that account.
I started using Merrill Edge when I was persuaded by a BofA agent back in September, I started with 500 and soon added another 450 and that was the time when it crashed. Most of the value in Roku and Square got vanished. The I found some new stocks like Twilio, MDB and Okta which helped.
I recently started investing in Stock Market. Here are some places where I invest. It started with Mutual Funds at Fidelity. Then someone introduced me to Robinhood, later I also joined Acorns and Betterment.
Early this year I opened account in Stockpile and Stash and also started using Merrill Edge. Then there was another App WeBull, that I used for a short time.
I’m not active on Stockpile or WeBull for now but Stash and Robinhood are the investing Apps that I use everyday, multiple times.

Hello Everyone, I now think that I should have written Apple Device to be clear. We are not a big fan of apple products. We had our last Tablet in 2011. That time I bought ASUS Transformer Tab from New Egg for $ 399. Since last year my daughter is using that to watch rhymes and GPB Videos.
Recently I thought of buying a new tablet and was looking at Lenovo, ASUS and Samsung for the need. I kept a budget for $300 for a good tablet from these companies. Although there are low priced versions available I was not impressed with their tech Specs. Then I saw Samsung Tab A8, I liked it overall and also the current price tag of 169 $. I thought I would buy one in May before our India visit.
Then, on 22nd March I got the news that Apple has introduced a Red Color iPhone 7 🙂 and a new series of iPads. The starting price of iPad is $ 329 for a 32 GB WiFi version. This made me realize that I should give a try to an Apple product. In 2015 while I was thinking of McBook Air, finally I bought this DELL Blue from Best Buy. I am still not using it enough but I really like it except that the keyboard is without LED back lighting.
So, coming back to iPad, I ordered it around 11:30 today and they said that it would be shopped on 30th March, so I hope to get in our hands in the week of 3rd April. let’s wait and see!
This morning a message popped up on my Xperia Z2 asking to download the Xperia System Update 23.5.A.1.291 (644.9 MB). If I remember correctly it’s the 3rd system update from SONY to its Xperia Z2. The system already has Android Marshmallow 6.01
After downloading and applying 319 updates the first thing it said that a new SD card has been detected and it needs to be set up or ejected. I touched on setup and all done. Next, message talked about the
Charging Optimization(recommended). The amount of charge has been adjusted to increase battery lifespan.
This may shorten the usage time of your device.
You can change this setting in Settings–>About Phone–>Status–> Charging Optimization.
Will see how good is this new optimization feature.
If you look for this in Google there are many websites ready to make you data scientist as this is a profession in demand right now and in future there is going to be further need to data science professionals. The most voted (top) Answer to this question on Quora says there isn’t a science area defined as Data Science. However there are Data Scientists :). So who are these people? These are the people with coding skills mixed with statistical knowledge or skills who work to make DATA useful in many different ways and aagin there are two kinds of them:
Type A and Type B, Where A stands for Analyst and B stands for Builder. Type A are those with most statistical knowledge while Type are with strong coding background.

I was looking for SSD upgrades to my laptops and decided to go with SanDisk SSD. I just ordered one with New Egg website. I plan to use this one with my ASUS EEEPC that I purchased in 2009 Feb. It has Windows XP on it with 250 GB HDD.
I also came across SanDisk Ultra® II which is a little bit expensive than this one. I though to try this one first before upgrading by Vaio PC EA36 FM with 500 GB HDD.
I found that I may need some way to clone my existing OS on HDD to new SSD. I can use Acronis true image that would come with Western Digital My Book 4 TB My cloud or Just try to install Windows XP again into this new SSD using Windows Disc on external DVD Drive.
